Will founded Talent Hive in the UK in 2014, with a clear goal, to deliver simple, effective headhunting services to an industry he knows and genuinely cares about.
He spent the first ten years of his career in professional kitchens, progressing to Michelin-level environments, giving him a strong foundation and real operational insight into hospitality.
Following this, Will built a career spanning 18 years in hospitality recruitment, including establishing and developing a UK team from scratch. Over this time, he has worked alongside some of the very best hospitality operators across food service, hotels and restaurants, supporting scale projects and delivering exceptional talent to drive their growth ambitions.
Today, he combines hands-on industry experience with deep market knowledge to connect exceptional people with businesses across the UK, Europe and MENA.
He is also a key supporter and stakeholder of The Burnt Chef Project, reflecting his ongoing commitment to improving the wellbeing of those within the industry.
