What started over a decade ago in the UK has grown into something we’re incredibly proud of, and now it’s time to bring that same energy, experience, and approach to one of the most exciting hospitality markets in the world.
For Will Gennard, this has been a 12 year journey, building Talent Hive across the UK and Europe from our UK offices, working with some brilliant brands, meeting even better people, and shaping the way headhunting should be done, which is more than just filling jobs.

With over a decade of experience living and holding hospitality leadership positions in the UAE, David brings a deep understanding of the market, how hospitality businesses actually operate here, and what it really takes to succeed in Dubai.
When you combine that with Will’s experience building Talent Hive across the UK and Europe, it just clicks.
